PAMLICO COUNTY – Two back-to-back billboards at the intersection of Hwy 55 & Kershaw Road have apparently been renewed for the next four years! The massive signs got an upgrade Wednesday morning, amid plenty of hoopla! 

In an email to this newspaper, Dave Wickersham, chairman of the local Republican Party, said: “President Trump accomplished a great deal during his first term in office. Many of us here in eastern North Carolina would like to see him run again in 2024! Today’s billboard ‘update’ reflects support for his America First agenda. By now, it is clear that the Socialist agenda of the current Administration is to ignore the Constitution, eliminate jobs, open the border, and roll back policies beneficial to working Americans.”
