BAYBORO – Monday night during his last meeting before the Pamlico County Commission – Buck received a proclamation for his years of exceptional service as County Manager. Commission Chairman Ed Riggs, Jr. looks on. Wednesday, his last day before retirement, Buck officially turned over county manager duties to his successor, Mark Brewington, who conceded “I have some big shoes to fill.”
