On Thursday, January 18, 2024, Pamlico County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Keith Andrew Hawk, 58, of Bayboro, NC, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Hawk was arrested following an investigation that revealed Hawk failed to comply with the Sex Offender Registration laws of North Carolina requiring him to disclose and provide certain information to the Sheriff’s Office as part of his requirement to register.
Hawk has been required to register as a Sex Offender since his 2002 conviction in Craven County Superior Court for 2 counts Indecent Liberties with a Minor.
Hawk also has a 2014 conviction in Pamlico County Superior Court for Sexual Offense with Certain Victims. Hawk is currently being in the Pamlico County Detention Center under a $25,000.00 secured bond.
