PAMLICO COUNTY – Just a few tickets remain for this incredible affair on Saturday, Dec. 4, officially known as ‘Another Time, Another Chance.’ Your hosts will be the executive director and the governing board of Bayboro Development Center Re-Entry Program – a hard-working nonprofit focused on providing safe, secure, inspirational housing for the previously incarcerated.

Mr. Hinnant attended elementary school in the New York City School System. He later returned to Wilson County with his parents and finished middle and high school in the Wilson County School System
He has held leadership positions at American Red Cross, Alamance County Meals on Wheels, and Ralph Scott Life Services. He has developed individual intervention plans and worked closely with community resources as an integral part of various organizations’ support team. He is currently in his 17th-year with NC Dept of Commerce as an Employment Consultant. He is also the Regional Reentry Specialist. This program assists former offenders with reentry to society as well as seeking and retaining employment.
