On 05/18/2023, Pamlico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Amy Raynor and Jarard Minor of Oriental for breaking into and stealing residential and commercial air condition units. During the investigation, deputies determined that Raynor and Minor had broken into over 12 different units in Pamlico County, including multiple Churches in the area over the past month.
Amy Marie Raynor, 37, of Oriental, is charged with 14 counts of Felony Injury to Property to Obtain Nonferrous Metals and 14 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny. Raynor is in the Pamlico County Detention Center under a $100,000.00 secured bond.
Jarard Daniell Minor, 40, of Oriental, is charged with 14 counts of Felony Injury to Property to Obtain Nonferrous Metals and 14 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny. Minor is in the Pamlico County Detention Center under a $100,000.00 secured bond.
