EASTERN NC – The County Compass has been approached to recruit one or more electrical engineers (or other qualified volunteers). With this assistance, we hope to build a safe and simple battery-powered circuit. We also hope to perform this experiment by way of a computer simulation. This process has been described to us as “not an onerous undertaking.” Full and complete reimbursement for any out of pocket expenses are not a problem, but
please chalk up any fees for your expertise to furtherance of the ‘Scientific Method.’
