NEW BERN – It was over a process of two years before I found my Spiritual home. I say thanks be to God for leading me to Love Ministry. My Pastor, Apostle Gwendolyn Gibbs, along with Apostle Alton Gibbs, have changed my life
Apostle Gwendolyn Gibbs and Love Ministry was the opening door for Pastor Elizabeth Green to open up The New Outreach Deliverance Ministry (TNODM) at its present location, which is 1118 S. Glenburnie Drive. It thrived and grew into Community-based support from that time. Pastor Green was a woman of great faith and is truly missed.
Apostle Gwendolyn/Love Ministry has been working diligently to help meet the needs of the community with the feeding of the elderly, ministering at the Assisted Living homes, street ministry, jail ministry, along with many others over the years. Apostle Gwendolyn’s sister, Pastor Shontina Green, also opened her church, Fountain of Faith Ministries, in TNODM building and assisted in the running of TNODM.
Unfortunately, both Pastor Shontina and Pastor Elizabeth became ill and are no longer with us. Apostle Gwendolyn Gibbs combined her Love Ministry with TNODM and continued both of these legacies. Apostle Gwendolyn – knowing the vision of her mother – saw a future for our community and for all God’s people. NEW THINGS DEVELOPED!
