Interior designer offers experience, ‘extreme attention’ to detail
NEW BERN — Located in a downtown storefront, Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging, LLC is a one-stop shop! From your Pinterest wish list to helping de-clutter and organize, this locally owned interior design and home staging firm has it covered.
Owner and lead designer Suzanne Pritchett has more than 10 years of interior design experience. A North Carolina native and daughter of a seasoned interior designer, she earned a CIDA accredited Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree from Western Carolina University. Pritchett has lived and worked in South Carolina, California, and North Carolina, giving her extensive knowledge of all types of design styles.
Pritchett relocated to New Bern with her family in 2014 and founded Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging the following year with the dream of creating beautiful and innovative spaces customized to each client’s budget, taste, and lifestyle.
“I love our client experiences and the look on their faces after we’ve transformed a space – it’s the whole reason I started this business!” –Suzanne Pritchett, lead designer for the new business.
As evidenced by the name, Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging’s main areas of focus are interior design and home staging. However, there are many facets within those two areas. Interior design services can be as minimal as paint and fabric selection or as large scale as a full remodel or kitchen renovation. If Pritchett Interiors does not offer a specific service needed for a project, they bring in a team of licensed subcontractors and oversee the work from start to finish.
Selling your home? Summer is the prime season for buying and selling, and staging your home is the key to getting your home sold faster – and at a higher price! In the age of Zillow, most buyers form first impressions before ever stepping foot in your home. With staging, your online photos will stand out and get potential buyers in your front door. Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging handles each step of the process, beginning with a complimentary in-home consultation.
They have an offsite warehouse stocked with inventory and the staging process generally takes two weeks to complete. Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging takes your timeline into consideration and does whatever it takes to get your home listed and sold as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Oftentimes, staging clients are so thrilled with the design in their old homes, they bring in Pritchett Interiors for design projects in their new homes.
Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging makes it a priority to give each client an individualized experience with extreme attention to detail. This summer, the firm is expanding its staff and remodeling its showroom to display designer fabrics, furniture, accessories, and everything in between. It’s the perfect time to get started on those projects you’ve been putting off. Bring in the professionals at Pritchett Interiors and Home Staging to make your vision a reality!
