Billboards Blare ‘TRUMP 2024’
In an email to this newspaper, Dave Wickersham, chairman of the local Republican Party, said: “President Trump accomplished a great deal during his first term in office. Many of us here in eastern North Carolina would like to see him run again in 2024! Today’s billboard ‘update’ reflects support for his America First agenda. By now, it is clear that the Socialist agenda of the current Administration is to ignore the Constitution, eliminate jobs, open the border, and roll back policies beneficial to working Americans.”
