  On 10/27/2017, Carteret County Deputies arrested Walter Hubert Willis Jr, 79, of Oxford Court, MHC in connection with six sexual assault charges. Willis turned himself into authorities for the assaults of three children known to him all under the age of 15. The alleged assaulted occurred between 2013 and 2017.
