Carteret County Sheriff’s Office On 07/09/2017, Carteret County deputies arrested Joshua Barefoot, 31, of 136 Oscar Hill Rd, Newport after stabbing 36-year-old Brandon Hobbs in the leg just before 1:00pm Sunday outside Barefoot’s home.
