Morehead City man charged after vehicle stuck at crime scene

On 02/02/2018, Carteret County deputies and Morehead City police arrested Taylor Russell Valentine, 27, of Emeline Place, Morehead City for stealing numerous items from several businesses on Riggs Road in Morehead City. Deputies say they got the call at 7am this morning when employees from Interstate Battery attempted to assist Valentine who got his truck stuck in a nearby ditch.
