On July 3rd, 2018, The Pamlico County Sheriff’s Office concluded an operation that targeted those responsible for distributing illegal narcotics in Pamlico County. During the operation, deputies conducted controlled purchases of drugs utilizing undercover officers, conducted traffic stops and executed search warrants at residences. The operation concluded with the arrest of 14 criminal suspects and 44 felony warrants. During the operation deputies seized cocaine, heroin, prescription medication and marijuana.
